Israeli Choreographer and Dancer based in northern Spain. Former Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company dancer, where she started her way as an independent creator and contemporary teacher. In 2014, relocated to Oviedo, Spain where she established her own company, Dana Raz Dance Projects, with whom she’s premiered several pieces. Dana Raz Dance Projects has since participated in reputable international dance festivals including Open Look Festival (St. Petersburg, Russia), Danza Gijón (Gijón, Spain), Festival De Verano (Spain), Point Festival (Omsk, Russia), and La Red (Spain).
Aside from her work as a Choreographer, Dana gives workshops and creation process classes internationally and has worked extensively in Russia, France, USA, Spain, Israel, Malta, Greece, among others.
In 2012 was the recipient of the Yair Shapira Award for Dance and in 2016 received the Serondaya de Las Artes Award for her innovation in culture.
