My name is Hemda and I was a teacher throughout my career. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed teaching participants of the Dance Journey program who come to study dance and to live at the International Dance Village of Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in Kibbutz Ga’aton, Israel for their semester abroad here in Israel.
In addition to the Hebrew language, it is important for me to impart the rich and diversified Israeli tradition and culture during our classes. In sharing the multifaceted senses and faces of Israel we’re able to further experience the reasons why we sing, dance, and taste.
It is an honor for me to be part of an important program like the Dance Journey program.
